Shearing
One of the quickest, and most cost effective methods Empire Metal Works has to cut metal is using our shear. The shear can do simple rectangles or squares fast and accurately. Our shear is the go-to for projects that don’t require varying angles or cutouts. It’s capable of cutting material up to 1/2″ thick, and has a 10 foot blade.
Sawing
Empire metal Works has a full-time saw operator. With over 30 years experience, he takes the cut list given to him by engineers and prepares all the material. This keeps things organized, and efficient. The bandsaw he uses is equipped with coolant, a hydraulic clamp, rollers, a 45 degree tilt head, and up to 30″ of cutting capability.

Industrial Bandsaws
Empire Metal Works has 3 band saws in-house. Some are equipped with hydraulic clamps, with rollers, capable of cutting through 30″ of material.
